How to change the network of double column double station network changer
The screen changer is a manual or automatic switching device including one or more screens, which is used to filter out foreign particles and impurities when plasticizing the material flow filter screen.
The double column double station screen changer adopts the double channel design, and the double network can work at the same time. When changing the network, one network works and one network is replaced, without interrupting the material flow and products, so as to realize the non-stop screen change. The material introduction and exhaust function designed in the process of screen change greatly reduces the impact of screen change on product quality.
How does the double column screen changer change the screen? What are the steps?
1. When the pressure alarm device sounds, push out the A-pillar of the double pillar screen changer;
2. Open the protective cover of the double column screen changer and replace the filter screen on the a column;
3. After the filter screen is replaced, pull the A-pillar to the charging position;
4. At the filling position of column a, continuous melt is discharged;
5. Pull the A-pillar of the double pillar screen changer back to the normal working position;
6. Push out the B-pillar replacement filter screen of the double pillar screen changer;
7. After replacing the filter screen, pull the B column to the charging and exhaust;
8. When there is continuous melt discharge at the filling position of column B;
9. Pull back the B-pillar to the normal working position and close the shield.
