The hydraulic automatic screen changer relies on the complex structure of the hydraulic station to switch back and forth to change the screen plate or the screen post. The hydraulic automatic screen changer has the advantages of compact size, good back pressure sealing, fast screen change speed, etc. Its shortcomings are relatively more acceptable: high cost and complex hydraulic structure. 1. After the plate screen changer is installed, fill the oil tank of the hydraulic station with No. 30 or No. 40 hydraulic oil to the upper limit of the oil mark line. During the test machine, check the oil volume of the oil tank again after the cylinder is filled with oil.
2. The steering of the oil pump motor of the hydraulic station should be the same as that of the oil pump, generally right-handed, and then power on to test the oil pressure. The pressure should be set at 5-7MPa. It has been set at an appropriate value during the factory test, generally do not try to adjust the pressure.
3. The sliding plate is pushed and pulled by the three-button control box outside the electric control box. The buttons on the box surface (red) are motor buttons, and the second and third buttons are push and pull buttons. You can push and pull the slide plate after pressing the motor button continuously.
4. Fill both sides of the sliding plate of the plate screen changer with silicone oil for lubrication, push and pull the sliding plate 1-2 to reciprocate, check its flexibility, and prohibit interference.
5. Install a new filter in the mesh slot of the plate screen changer, and it is strictly forbidden to expose the edge of the mesh and the mesh wire outside the mesh slot. Then push (pull) the sliding plate to make it in the working position.
6. After confirming that the above installation is correct, turn on electricity and heat, and set the temperature according to the process requirements. After heating to the required temperature, keep it warm for another 30-40 minutes.
7. Apply silicone oil again, and push and pull the plate back and forth. Note that the pressure of the hydraulic gauge should be less than 2-3Mpa. Excessive pressure should be checked and eliminated.
8. After confirming that it is correct, you can start the host production, first run at low speed until the raw material flows out of the die, and then rise to the normal speed. At this time, pay attention to the reading value of the melt pressure gauge. This value is the initial pressure P1 of the new network. The initial pressure P1 plus 3-5Mpa is the screen change alarm pressure P2. It can also be set according to the actual production, but the high pressure cannot exceed 25-30MPa , Otherwise apply special processing.
