The process of changing the screen by the screen changer
The screen changer is a new type of film-blowing process screen changer filtering equipment, which has no leakage, no wear, and flexible screen change. What is the specific process of changing the screen?
Hydraulic screen changer relies on the pressure of the melt and the temperature control at the outlet plate or the length of the filter time and the temperature control at the outlet plate to realize the mesh screen change. No external force is required to assist the screen change, that is, the melt is cooled by water to achieve sealing. Therefore, the flow rate of the cooling water should be moderate. If the cooling water is too small, the inlet of the network may leak material or the outlet of the network may keep changing. When the cooling water is boiled too large, the screen change speed will be slow and the melt screen changer response will be insensitive.
At the same time, the screen change temperature and the screen change time control the screen change distance. When the hot screen change temperature is set too high or the screen change time is too long, there will be material leakage. If the screen change temperature is too low and the time is too short, the screen change distance is too short or the screen change response is not sensitive. When the melt pressure is used to change the screen, after the melt pressure reaches the set value, the screen-changing heating tube starts to heat, and when it reaches the temperature at which the material at the outlet plate melts, the screen begins to change. After the set melting and pressure screen changing time is reached, the screen changing heating stops. The time relay of the screen changer according to the melt pressure is reset.
