What are the debugging steps for the hydraulic screen changer of the granulator?
1. Set the temperature of each zone of the screen changer of the granulator (this screen changer type is a plate-type double-station screen changer) to the expected value.
2. Turn on all power sources and start to heat up. After the temperature of each zone of the screen changer of the granulator reaches the set value, the whole machine is kept for 40-60 minutes.
3. Reconfirm whether the flange of the screen changer of the granulator and the pressure sensor are locked.
4. Press the "Start" button on the operating handle of the hydraulic station to start the hydraulic station.

5. Long press the "push" button of the operating handle of the hydraulic station until the screen changer reciprocating plate is completely pushed out of the screen changer body and then release it. (The remote net block of the hydraulic cylinder completely leaks out of the main body of the screen changer)
6. Long press the "pull" button of the operating handle of the hydraulic station until the screen changer slide plate is pulled back to its original position and then released. (The proximal net block of the hydraulic cylinder completely leaks out of the main body of the screen changer)
7. Jog the "Stop" button of the operating handle to shut down the hydraulic station.
8. Wipe the mesh block and the position of the mesh block on the reciprocating board to confirm that there is no debris and oil stains.
9. Put the net block correctly. The front face of the net block should be about 1 mm lower than the plane of the reciprocating plate.

10. Insert the mesh correctly. The edges of the mesh should all be submerged in the groove at the front end of the mesh, and the highest point of the mesh should not be higher than the plane of the reciprocating plate.
11. Repeat steps 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in order to complete the installation of the mesh block and mesh piece at the other end of the hydraulic screen changer of the granulator.
12. The whole machine of the granulator screen changer keeps heat for 20 minutes.
13. Feeding and start-up production.
