The installation quality standard of the shaft seal of the melt gear pump of the reactor
The melt pump matched with the reactor uses a packing seal in the form of shaft seal; Zhengzhou Batte's polymer gear pump manufacturer outlines the following four aspects of the quality standard for installing the packing seal.
1. The reaction kettle gear pump adopts packing seal. The radial clearance between the packing gland and the shaft is 0.4~0.5mm, and the circumferential clearance is uniform. This is to ensure that the reaction kettle melt pump will not leak during use. The first condition.
2. The size of the packing is correct, the incision is parallel, neat, and there is no looseness, and the interface is at an angle of 30° with the axis line.
3. When the shaft seal of the reactor melt gear pump is press-fitted with packing, the joints of each circle of packing must be staggered. Generally, the joints are staggered by 120°, and the packing should not be pressed too tightly.
4. After the mechanical seal assembly of the reactor melt pump is installed, it needs to pass a 0.2MPa pressure test for 30 minutes to pass.
