Operating conditions and screen changing principle of double plunger large area screen changer
The 195 type double plunger large area hydraulic screen changer is suitable for melt temperature below 450 ℃, the designed operating melt pressure is up to 40MPa, can operate normally under 40MPa melt pressure, and is suitable for production output of 1.5 ~ 4.0 T / h. At least 2T / h production capacity can be met under the working condition of single plunger filtration (the melt pressure is slightly higher than that under the working condition of double plunger, about 0.5 ~ 2.0MPa). The main body and plunger of the double column hydraulic screen exchanger are made of high-quality alloy steel, which are subject to heat treatment and nitriding treatment, and the channel is subject to mirror polishing after nitriding treatment. The polishing requires more than 800 mesh abrasives to be polished to mirror grade or above, with high finish and wear resistance; By strictly controlling the gap between the main body and the plunger, excellent sealing performance and durability can be achieved through rigid material face-to-face sealing.
The flow channel structure of the dual-piston hydraulic screen changer adopts a dual-channel filter cartridge design, which can achieve a large filter area and have higher pressure resistance; in normal production, dual-channel simultaneous filtering and replacement of the filter screen. After the filter screen is drawn and exhausted, it immediately returns to the working position, and then another plunger is replaced alternately, which solves the production interruption or hollow particles caused by the introduction of air during the screen changing process; the main body of the screen changer is equipped with a physical positioning ruler. Operate the control handle of the hydraulic station, and perform basic operations on the upper and lower plungers of the double-plunger hydraulic screen changer alternately: push out the plunger -- clean the silo -- replace the filter -- pull the plunger to the leading exhaust position -- complete the exhaust after exhausting. The main body of the screen changer is pulled in to the working position, and the electric control cabinet instrument transmits the temperature and pressure signals of the screen changer to the central control center to ensure stable production.
