The melt pump specially developed by Batte for PVC is specialized in conveying, pressurizing and metering for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) high-viscosity polymer. PVC is a heat-sensitive material, which is sensitive to changes in temperature. During the extrusion process, it is easy to cause material carbonization, decomposition, and even coke phenomenon. The inlet of the PVC series special melt pump adopts a horn-type flow channel, and the internal flow channel and the structure of the gear are optimized. This structure is more suitable for the material properties of PVC.
