Production characteristics and materials of PP/PE/PC sheet melt pump
The main function of Zhengzhou battte melt pump is to pressurize and stabilize the high temperature plastic melt from the extruder and stably send the flow into the extruder head. Its ability to stabilize melt pressure and flow is superior to various types of extruders. When used in series with a single-screw or co-rotating twin-screw extruder, the benefits of the entire production line are significantly increased. It has been widely used in chemical fiber, granulation, plastic film, sheet, plate, profile, pipe, wire and cable, wire drawing, composite extrusion and other production lines, and achieved good results.
Production characteristics of melt pump: The melt pump adopts the overall quenching technology and is made of high-temperature alloy steel with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. On the basis of the standard series melt pump, the design parameters of the pump body are strengthened, such as High torque, low shear requirements, and high corrosion resistance requirements (fluorine-containing products). The self-lubricating system, inlet and outlet flow channels and gear structure of the pump body are optimized. It makes the material stay in the pump body for a shorter time, prevents the dead angle of the pump body gear, and is more suitable for the extrusion of PC, PE, PP, PMMA, PVC and other products with high smoothness and high transparency requirements, as well as heat-sensitive materials.
The melt gear pump is made of high temperature alloy steel and powder alloy steel. After a series of thermal processing and surface treatment such as high temperature quenching, tempering, quenching and tempering, nitriding, carburizing, carbonitriding and polishing, the product has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
