The continuous non-stop hydraulic screen changer can be matched with imported or domestic extruders of suitable models, used for replacing filter screens in plastic drawing (single wire, flat wire, fish mesh wire), blowing film, color printing lamination, aluminum plastic composite, BOPP, EPS, EPE membrane, and twin screw granulation production. It is powered by hydraulic pressure and easy to operate. The screen can be easily changed in just a few seconds, achieving the effect of increasing production, saving energy, and reducing consumption.
The screen changer for monofilament can replace the filter screen without interrupting normal production, achieving no material leakage, no film breakage, and continuous threading. And equipped with a melt pressure measurement system, it can intuitively understand the working status of the extruder and the degree of clogging of the filter screen, and provide sound and light alarms at appropriate screen changing points, making screen changing more scientific and accurate.
