By the role of the screw movement mechanism within the extruder, generally in the head of the melt pressure is usually characterized by pulse-type fluctuations. If a melt pump is installed in the extruder, the melt parameters can be stabilized quickly, thus reducing the discharge time and saving raw materials. Similarly, in the case of the use of color masterbatches in production, product color change often takes a long time after the installation of the melt pump, significantly reducing the time of the discharge of waste materials.
