Characteristics of the structural design of bushings for melt gear pumps
The sleeve for melt gear pump is characterized in that a flow-guiding groove for melt infiltration is provided on the inner bore wall of the sleeve, and a reflux groove is provided on one side wall and the outer side wall of the sleeve. The flow-guiding groove, the groove opening on the cavity side of the melt gear pump is the big end, and the big end is deeper and wider than the small end of the groove opening near the cover side. The flow-conducting groove extends from the large end to the small end with a certain degree of curvature, and the groove opening at the large end gradually extends from a deeper and wider groove opening to a shallower and narrower groove opening at the small end.
