Characteristics of TPU elastomer specific melt gear pump
The TPU elastomer-specific melt gear pump is suitable for the extrusion and delivery of rubber and elastomer melts; it is generally installed between the extruder outlet and the die head as a melt metering pump; the flow channel is built into the pump casing of this series, which can be used for cooling or heating with a heating medium.
The casing of the TPU elastomer-specific melt gear pump employs an internal flow channel that allows for heating or cooling, enabling better temperature control. The rotating joint of the gear shaft can be heated or cooled by passing a heating medium through it. The specially designed lubrication flow channel is suitable for rubber and elastomer materials. The optimized flow channel design minimizes dead zones. Both electric heating and heating medium heating are applicable, making it suitable for operating conditions with strict temperature requirements.
