High temperature extrusion melt pump applications
They can be used in the fields of sheet, blown and drooled film, spraying, textile (fibers and nonwovens), EVA, hot melt adhesives and PSA, compounding, pelletizing, biodegradable materials, wires and cables, and so on.
Advantages of using high temperature extrusion melt pumps
Installation of melt pumps in the extrusion line reduces the pressure fluctuation at the die head; suppresses the temperature rise of the polymer; and assumes the boosting function through the melt pumps, while the extruder only assumes the responsibility of melting and mixing the polymer. As a result, it not only improves the efficiency of the entire extrusion line and the quality of the product, but also reduces the load on the extruder and realizes a longer service life of the equipment.
