Points and precautions for the use of zb-d pipeline melt pumps
The zb-d pipeline melt pump is a kind of single-suction single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal pump. It is a vertical structure. Because its inlet and outlet are on the same straight line, and the inlet and outlet diameters are the same, it is like a section of pipeline. It can be installed at any position of the pipeline. It is called a pipeline pump (also known as a booster pump). Structural features: It is a single-suction single-stage centrifugal pump with the same inlet and outlet and on the same straight line, perpendicular to the center line of the shaft, and is a vertical pump. Use points
1. Commissioning work: check whether the connecting parts are loose; turn the coupling by hand to make the rotor rotate several times to see whether the unit is flexible, whether there is noise and unevenness, to judge whether there is foreign matter in the pump or whether the shaft Bending, the seal is installed incorrectly; check whether the clean 20# lubricating oil in the sealed cavity is filled with 1/2 of the cavity space; whether the surface of the pump unit is clean; the unit is turned to no-load test.
2. Manual start: prime the pump (the first time), slightly open the outlet valve, start the motor, the pressure rises and it is confirmed that the pump set is running smoothly when the outlet valve is gradually opened to the working conditions.
3. Operation inspection: When the pipeline pump is operating normally at the power frequency, check and record the readings of the pump set's ammeter, voltmeter, import and export vacuum gauge, pressure gauge and flowmeter, as well as the vibration, noise, temperature rise, etc. of the pump set. Whether it is normal, there should be no obvious aviation fuel leakage at the shaft seal.
4. Normal stop: close the discharge valve, make the pump lightly load, and stop the motor.
Emergency parking situation:
⑴The working current meter of the pump motor indicates abnormality (too large or too little); the pump system makes an abnormal sound.
⑵ The pump inlet vacuum pressure gauge and outlet pressure gauge indicate abnormally, the pump body vibrates greatly and makes abnormal noises, and its performance is seriously degraded.
(3) The pump motor produces peculiar smell, the aviation oil leaks from the shaft seal, the bearing temperature exceeds 75 degrees, etc.
Use attention
Operation inspection: When the pipeline pump is operating normally at the power frequency (frequency conversion), the readings of the pump set ammeter, voltmeter, inlet and outlet vacuum gauge, pressure gauge and flowmeter should be regularly checked and recorded.
