Melt gear pump for kettle
Chemical dosing melt pump for reaction kettle is mainly used for the transportation of high temperature and high viscosity polymer melt, such as resin, chemical fiber and other industries. Or for conveying medium and high viscosity medium in vacuum reactor, the large flange design of suction port can make high viscosity medium inhaled smoothly under vacuum conditions, and can complete the conveying and pressurization of polymer materials under vacuum reaction conditions. It can also be used to transport hot melt adhesives, asphalt, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, food, grease, fuel, oil, dyes, coatings, lubricants, and other high-viscosity materials that do not contain particulate impurities. The characteristics of reaction kettle melt pump are explained below.
1. The reaction kettle melt gear pump gear adopts hyperbolic tooth shape design, the pressure pulsation rate is lower; large flange mouth design, good self-priming performance (suction pressure: vacuum -0.08MPa), and the conveying medium viscosity range is large (1000 ~ 40,000,000 cps).
