The screen changer for PE pipe production is generally installed between the extruder barrel flange and the mold flange, and bolts are fixed to the screw holes of the screen changer through the flange.
PE pipe extruders are now divided into high-speed machines and ordinary machines. Generally, ordinary machines are equipped with screen changers according to conventional selection principles, while high-speed machines are equipped with an additional specification on the original basis. The selection of PE solid wall pipes is a plate type dual station hydraulic screen changer, which has high cost-effectiveness, convenient and fast screen changing, and does not stop changing the screen (small diameter coil pipes with a diameter of less than 25mm need to be stopped or decelerated for screen changing), without material leakage.
