Stable output: The melt pump can effectively eliminate unstable factors caused by uneven material feeding, temperature fluctuations between the barrel and head, and screw speed fluctuations during the extrusion process. Therefore, when the speed of the melt pump changes, its flow rate can be accurately determined. By utilizing the pressure, temperature, and other information collected at the inlet and outlet of the melt pump, the entire extrusion process can be monitored and feedback controlled online, thereby achieving better automation control and optimization of the production process.
