Application of Low Pressure and High Flow Electric Heating Melt Metering Pump
Low pressure and high flow electric heating melt metering pumps are mainly used in the production process of polymers such as resins, chemical fibers, and other industries. They are used for reaction transportation and pressurization of materials with lower viscosity, lower output pressure, and high flow rate, such as polymer solutions, adhesives, monomers, oligomers, prepolymers, and other materials. It is generally installed in the melt pipe as a Booster pump, and can also be installed in the electrically heated extruder system as a metering pump.
The main characteristics of the electric heating polymer melt pumps are: 1. It can be applied to high temperature (350 ° C), high pressure (35MPa), high viscosity (30000Pa. s) working conditions; 2. The excitation flow pulsation is small, which can achieve near linear output of flow and is easy to control; 3. Good self priming performance, suitable for working conditions with vacuum inlet (-0.05~-0.08MPa); 4. Precision structure, high precision, and long service life.
